Abstract
Competency frameworks are a factor for reconciling academic and nonacademic worlds through the formalization of skills and kownledges. Therefore, they help recognition of one's capabilities to exercise its activites. This paper exposes an approach to implement a competency framework as part of a two year training course to an audience of professionnals wishing to improve their skills in ICT sector. Firstly, our approach aims C2I2- MI certification by integrating a competency-oriented engineering in the training courses in three complemenary ways: engineering training, instructional design and engineering teaching. This allow us to propose a competency development fully integrated in the training course by mixing training goals and C2I2MI competency objectives. Finally, this paper presents means developed to help learners to make recognize and value in their business the competencies improved (or developed).
