Abstract

This paper describes an ongoing research effort to develop intelligent air traffic ground control operations systems able to integrate initiative from controllers and autonomous vehicles such as taxibots. We uses a multi-agent approach to dynamically optimize routing and scheduling task while taking into account in real time human suggestions. We believe that such mixed-initiative system combined with taxi bot is a promising way to reduce congestion and fuel consumption in large airports.
